I grew up in a family of Chartered Accountants and when it came to choosing a career, it was the obvious choice that I took at the age of 17.
Fast forward 8 years, 5 years into my professional career, I asked myself a hard question; is this what I want to do for the rest of my life?
The answer was a ‘No’, and thus began my entrepreneurial journey for the next 3 years, and through serendipity, I was lucky enough to discover what I love to do: work in the intersection of People & Technology, and that is what I have devoted to building my specific skills on, for the past 5 years.
As mentioned, technology is something I love so I had to ride the ChatGPT wave. HRs are known to have less tech adaptation. However, things have changed now.
In a survey by Economic Times, more than half of the HR participants are usingChatGPT for tasks such as training, surveys, performance reviews, recruiting, employee relations, and more.
I feel it’s important for the early adopters of tech to educate and influence other HRs to start leveraging the benefits of AI. And that’s what I am doing.
This article is for HRs to get to know how ChatGPT and other AI tools can help you with everyday tasks.
Anyone can use ChatGPT. But not all use it right. So let’s start with the basics.

Tone - Professional tone
Style - Clear and informative

Provide context and a goal
Tell why you are doing it and who it is for. Additionally, you can add what is the end result that is expected.
Outline the task

If you include the details of your employee benefits in the outline, the answer will be more appropriate and relevant.
