You further declare that you shall notify in writing any change occurring in your (employer) and your employee's personal details.

You further authorise Pazcare to share your personal details with the insurer for the purpose of underwriting a policy claim.
You declare that any transaction happening between user and Pazcare over the website, with respect to the products offered on the website, shall be the final binding on you and your assigns.
Pazcare reserves the right to make changes on any or all the services offered on the website.
You declare that any changes made by Pazare on the website with rest to the services shall become binding on the user.c
While accessing the website, you declare that you are of legal age. Employers shall choose a specific service amongst the various services listed on the website. An employee shall furnish details on personal nature that includes their names, address, date of birth, PAN card and Aadhar card details. However, users shall be responsible to keep your account login and password details secure. Any misuse or loss of information arising due to password and login details discrepancy will be the sole responsibility of the user. You agree that Paz Care owns the sole rights to the code, databases, visual-design and layout of the Service. Except for the limited licenses expressly granted to you under this Agreement, no other rights, licenses, or immunities are granted or will be deemed to be granted to you under this Agreement, either expressly, or by implication, estoppel or otherwise. You may access the site solely as intended through the provided functionality of the Service and as permitted under this Agreement and shall at all times abide by the terms set forth herein.

User indemnifies the company from any loss occurring due to wrong information or any transaction held via an unlawfully held bank account, debit card, credit card, bank cheque.

Paz Care will not be responsible for any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure) or any other indirect or consequential loss that is not reasonably foreseeable to both user and us when you commenced using the website. In case of the violation of the terms and conditions agreement, Paz care reserves the right to take appropriate action, at its discretion, against the violator. Any legal issue/dispute arising out of this Agreement, but not exclusive to the use of the Services (unless otherwise specifically stated) are governed by and in accordance with the laws of India. Pazcare collects and tracks your steps, distance, and calorie data through integrated platforms like Health Connect, Apple Health and other third-party apps. Pazcare collects the following data through integrations with Health Connect, Apple Health to provide a seamless fitness tracking experience for multiple fitness programs. Captured independently from your fitness device or app through Health Connect or Apple Health;
medical records (only in cases where you use our specific services like online lab test bookings);
any detail relating to the above clauses as provided to body corporate for providing service;

any of the information received under above clauses by body corporate for processing, stored or processed under lawful contract or otherwise:
Provided that any information that is freely and legally available or accessible in public domain or furnished under any statutory provisions for the time being in force shall not be regarded as sensitive Personal Data or Information for the purposes of this Privacy Policy.
We receive and store any information You enter on Our Platform or give Us in any other way. You can choose not to provide certain information but then You might not be able to take advantage of many of Our features. Run and manage the Stepathon program (or any other fitness programs) until rewards celebration date.
Fulfill legal or regulatory requirements.
Provide user-requested features such as progress history.
We retain data to ensure uninterrupted delivery of Pazcare services and wellness programs, including event-specific activities like challenges.
Data specifically related to events, such as challenges or leaderboards, will be retained for up to 18
months following the conclusion of the event to facilitate rewards distribution, analytics, and participation insights. After this period, the data will be securely deleted or anonymized.
