Family Health Plan Insurance TPA Limited commonly known as FHPL is one of the largest TPA network in India. It was incorporated in the year 1995, and was licensed by IRDAI in the year 2002. Having its registered corporate office in Hyderabad, the FHPL TPA limited has pan India presence in over 25 states in 55 locations.

FHPL claim status

The FHPL claim status can be viewed using the following process.

Step 1: Visit https://www.fhpl.net/Main/claimtracker 

Step 2: Choose your insurance company from the drop down box.

Step 3: Enter the following details - your claim number / cashless number / UHID along with the date of hospitalisation.

Step 4: Submit the following documents and the claim status will be displayed.

Step 5: In most cases, the claim status will be intimated through SMS / email to your registered phone number or email address.

FHPL TPA Login

Here are the steps to follow for the FHPL TPA login for employees for group health insurance

  1. Visit the FHPL TPA home page and on the top right corner choose the dropdown login and choose employee login.
  2. Enter the corporate id, username and password shared by FHPL TPA limited during your enrollment process. These details are communicated to your corporate email id.
  3. Once logged in you can access the FHPL TPA id card, and TPA unique id number, raise a claim, check the claim status, download the FHPL TPA id card, etc.

FHPL claim process

Check the list of network hospitals

Firstly, make sure the hospital you get treated from is available either in insurer’s or FHPL hospital list.

Produce your ID cards

Produce your insurance ID card, corporate ID card along with your unique identity card like the voter ID/Aadhar card and verify the identity.

Initiate cashless request

Fill the pre-authorization form at the hospital and the hospital will initiate the cashless claim request to the FHPL TPA.

Issuing cashless authorization

Upon verification FHPL TPA will issue the cashless request and the member has to sign the final bill before leaving the hospital.

Intimate the TPA

Intimate the FHPL TPA within 24 hours of admission to the non-network hospital.

Collect the original documents

Collect originals of hospital bills, duly filled claim form, prescriptions, discharge summary, etc for filing the claim.

Submit the documents

Submit the relevant documents to the FHPL TPA and file for the reimbursement claim.

Claim approval

Upon verification FHPL TPA will approve your claim and claim status will be updated to you.

How do I go about FHPL login?

FHPL login can be carried out using the username and password sent by the TPA to your registered email address. In the case of FHPL corporate login, the employee has to enter the corporate ID, username and password. 

How can I download my FHPL e-card?

The FHPL e-card can be downloaded from the FHPL dashboard provided to the employees/policyholders. Login to the FHPL dashboard using the username and password provided to you by the FHPL TPA. After logging in you will find options to download the TPA e-card for the beneficiaries added.
