The MDIndia claim status can be viewed using the following process.
Step 1: The claim number will be provided by the TPA once the claim documents are submitted online/offline to the MDIndia TPA.
Step 2: Type in Status < Claim Number > and send an SMS to 86918 63863 from your mobile number. The latest claim status and the future updates of the claim will be sent to your mobile number.
Step 3: One can also call the MDIndia customer care services to track the details of the reimbursement claim submitted.
Check the list of network hospitals
Firstly, make sure the hospital you get treated from is available either on insurers or MDIndia hospital list.
Produce your ID cards
Produce your insurance ID card, and corporate ID card along with your unique identity card like the voter ID/Aadhar card and verify the identity at the hospital
Initiate cashless request
Fill out the pre-authorization form at the hospital and the hospital will initiate the cashless claim request to the MDIndia TPA.
Issue cashless authorization
Upon verification, MDIndia TPA will issue the cashless request and the member has to sign the final bill before leaving the hospital.

Intimate the TPA
Intimate the MDIndia TPA within 24 hours of admission to the non-network hospital.
Collect the original documents
Collect originals of hospital bills, duly filled claim form, prescriptions, discharge summary, etc for filing the claim.
Submit the documents
Submit the relevant documents to the MDIndia TPA and file for the reimbursement claim.
Claim approval
Upon verification, MDIndia TPA will approve your claim and your claim status will be updated to you.
