Good Health Insurance TPA Ltd. (GHITL), also known as Good Health TPA was incorporated in the year 2003 and is one of the earliest TPAs to be established in India. The Good Health TPA has close to 6000 hospitals on their hospital list and has settled more than 1.5 lakh claims for its customers. Good Health TPA claim status

The Good Health claim status can be viewed using the following process.

Step 1: Visit https://webace.goodhealthtpa.in/GhClaimSearch.aspx 

Step 2: Choose the option corporate policy from the drop-down and type in the group name and employee ID/Good Health TPA ID number.

Step 3: Submit the following details and the claim status will be displayed.

Step 4: In most cases, the claim status will be intimated through SMS / email to your registered phone number or email address.

Good Health TPA claim process

Check the list of network hospitals

Firstly, make sure the hospital you get treated from is available either on insurers or Good Health hospital list.

Produce your ID cards

Produce your insurance ID card, and corporate ID card along with your unique identity card like the voter ID/Aadhar card and verify the identity at the hospital.

Initiate cashless request

Fill out the pre-authorization form at the hospital and the hospital will initiate the cashless claim request to the Good Health TPA.

Issue cashless authorization

Upon verification, Good Health TPA will issue the cashless request and the member has to sign the final bill before leaving the hospital.

Intimate the TPA

Intimate the Good Health TPA within 24 hours of admission to the non-network hospital

Collect the original documents

Collect originals of hospital bills, duly filled claim form, prescriptions, discharge summary, etc for filing the claim.

Submit the documents

Submit the relevant documents to the Good Health TPA and file for the reimbursement claim.

4

Claim approval

Upon verification, Good Health TPA will approve your claim and your claim status will be updated to you.
