MedSave TPA, also known as MedSave Health Insurance TPA Ltd is an IRDAI-approved Third Party Administrator in India. MedSave TPA claim status

The MedSave TPA claim status can be viewed using the following process.

Step 1: Visit https://www.medsave.in/MedSave-ClaimTrack.aspx 

Step 2: Choose the policy type as Group. Then enter the policy number or TPA Id number.

Step 3: Submit these details and the claim status will be displayed.

Step 4: In most cases, the claim status will be intimated through SMS / email to your registered phone number or email.

Check the list of network hospitals

Firstly, make sure the hospital you get treated from is available either on insurers or the MedSave TPA hospital list.

Produce your ID cards

Produce your insurance ID card, and corporate ID card along with your unique identity card like the voter ID/Aadhar card and verify the identity at the hospital

Initiate cashless request

Fill out the pre-authorization form at the hospital and the hospital will initiate the cashless claim request to the MedSave TPA.

Issue cashless authorization

Upon verification, MedSave TPA will issue the cashless request and the member has to sign the final bill before leaving the hospital.

Intimate the TPA

Intimate the MedSave TPA within 24 hours of admission to the non-network hospital

Collect the original documents

Collect originals of hospital bills, duly filled claim form, prescriptions, discharge summary, etc. for filing the claim.

Submit the documents

Submit the relevant documents to the MedSave TPA and file for the reimbursement claim.

4

Claim approval

Upon verification, MedSave TPA will approve your claim and your claim status will be updated to you.
