It was introduced in India in the year 2001 through IRDAI after opening the insurance sector industry in India. It has 19 offices along with 7 processing hubs located in major cities of the country. Heritage Health claim status
The Heritage Health claim status can be viewed using the following process.
Step 1: Visit http://223.31.103.204/HeritageHealthTPA/HOME/CardSearch.aspx
Step 2: Choose your insurance company from the drop-down box.
Step 3: Enter the following details - your policy number, card number, policy year and employee ID
Step 4: Submit the following documents and the claim status will be displayed.
Step 5: In most cases, the claim status will be intimated through SMS / email to your registered phone number or email address.

Heritage Health TPA Login
Here are the steps to follow for the Heritage Health TPA login for employees for group medical insurance
- Visit the Heritage Health TPA login page
- Under that please enter the username and password shared by Heritage Health TPA limited during your enrollment process. These details are communicated to your corporate email id.
- Under this, you can access the download TPA id card, check the TPA unique id number, raise a claim, check the claim status, etc.

Heritage Health TPA claim process

Check the list of network hospitals
Firstly, make sure the hospital you get treated from is available either on insurers or Heritage health hospital list.

Produce your ID cards
Produce your insurance ID card, and corporate ID card along with your unique identity card like the voter ID/Aadhar card and verify the identity at the hospital

Initiate cashless request
Fill out the pre-authorization form at the hospital and the hospital will initiate the cashless claim request to the Heritage Health TPA.

Issue cashless authorization
Upon verification, Heritage Health TPA will issue the cashless request and the member has to sign the final bill before leaving the hospital.

Intimate the TPA
Intimate the Heritage Health TPA within 24 hours of admission to the non-network hospital

Collect the original documents
Collect originals of hospital bills, duly filled claim form, prescriptions, discharge summary, etc for filing the claim.

Submit the documents
Submit the relevant documents to the Heritage Health TPA and file for the reimbursement claim.

Claim approval
Upon verification Heritage Health TPA will approve your claim and your claim status will be updated to you.
